Recent studies show that generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) is used by around 90% of students in their studies and by 50-70% of researchers. The challenge is not to restrict its use, but to ensure the ethical and competent use of GenUI. Therefore, in collaboration with the Commission for Ethics in Research Involving Humans (KER UP) and the Center for Responsible Artificial Intelligence (CeResAI UP), we have prepared a lecture. We will present the FRAME system, which offers practical guidelines and recommendations for the thoughtful and responsible integration of GenUI into the educational and research environment of the University of Primorska.
